What I’ve Learned About Success… 

Iulia: … is that it’s a very subjective concept. Success cannot be measured in money, authority, power, or influence; it’s a state of well-being that you experience at the end of the day. It is that inner feeling that tells you that you are at one with your true self.  

What I’ve Learned About Mistakes… 

Iulia: … is that that both progress and success are impossible without them. Our society tends to display success stories revealing only the tip of the iceberg, and overshadowing the hundreds of hours an artist spends creating a masterpiece. Yet I’ve learned that if you treat mistakes in a solution-oriented way, they can never stop you from reaching the top. 

What I’ve Learned About Communication… 

Iulia: … is that the main key here is to listen more and talk less. True understanding comes from active listening. When we make the effort to listen attentively, it shows that we appreciate and value the speaker’s thoughts. This builds trust and respect – vital components of any successful relationship – be it personal or work-related. 

What I’ve Learned About Overcoming Challenges… 

Iulia: … is that nature can be a great teacher. I’m passionate about hiking and everything related to mountains. For me it’s a place of introspection, meditation, and true spiritual connection. It has taught me that hardships are confronted with effort, through sweat, pain, and tears. Only those who truly want to see the world from the top can reach the mountain’s peak; those who turn back will never experience the simple pleasure of lying on the grass and savoring a sip of plain water. The moral of this lesson is to always keep going. If you can’t breathe—learn to inhale; if your muscles give out—make step forward, no matter how small; even if you can’t see the peak around the bend just yet – let that never stop you from climbing. 

What I’ve Learned About Work-Life Balance… 

Iulia: … is that it’s crucial to living a fulfilling life. Growing up as a hard-working individual and beginning a career at the age of 16, over the years I’ve come to realize that prioritizing my own well-being is mandatory. This may come across as self-centered or egotistical, but it’s a lesson grounded in truth. I’ve learned the hard way to establish clear boundaries between work and personal life. And I can tell you that pursuing hobbies, personal interests, and learning opportunities outside of work adds a true sense of fulfillment and ultimately makes you healthier and stronger as an individual – both personally and professionally.  

What I’ve Learned About Leadership…

Iulia: … is that a true leader recognizes the immense responsibility of their role. Whether in the corporate arena or in the battlefield their primary task isn’t about giving orders or making decisions. It’s about nurturing, empowering, and guiding those they’re leading. In the corporate world, this could mean shielding an employee from undue pressure, mentoring them, or providing them with opportunities for growth. In the military, it means ensuring the safety of one’s unit and making decisions that protect lives.  

For me an indicator that defines a true leader is their ability to attribute success to the team effort and not to their personal greatness. A skilled leader always humbly prioritizes the team’s achievements over their own, seeing victories as shared milestones achieved through teamwork. 

What I’ve Learned About EBS Integrator…

Iulia: … is that community matters. Working closely with people who share a similar mindset, vision, patterns, and values can be a transformative experience that greatly enhances project outcomes and contributes to the overall success of a company. This shared alignment creates a powerful synergy, amplifying the effectiveness of everyone involved. When there is a strong personal connection between colleagues, the work environment becomes more conducive to growth and innovation. The collaborative spirit here at EBS Integrator fosters an atmosphere of trust and mutual support, where people feel comfortable sharing their ideas and pushing their boundaries.

And I am here with a resolute purpose—to infuse my energy, innovative thinking, creative prowess, strong experience, and determination into every facet of my role within EBS Integrator. As part of the marketing department, I’m committed to conceptualizing, developing, and executing projects that will drive the company’s growth and solidify its position in the industry.
