Dear Team,
We want to extend our sincere gratitude to those of you who participated in our recent employee satisfaction survey. Your insights play a crucial role in shaping the future of our company, and we appreciate your time and effort in contributing to this endeavor.
We’re gladly sharing with you some key highlights from this year’s survey:
Participation Rate: This year we achieved a participation rate of 54%, which is 8% higher than the previous year, yet still falls below the benchmark validity point of 70%. While we value the input received, the low engagement rate limits our ability to gain a comprehensive overview of employee sentiments company-wide.
Overall Employee Satisfaction: The overall satisfaction rating stands at an impressive 8.39, with a remarkable 80% of employees rating their satisfaction as 8 and above. This marks a slight improvement in rating in comparison with last year’s results.
Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS): We are delighted to share that when evaluating the likelihood of recommending the company to friends an impressive 75% of employees selected “high” and above with the average score being 8.39 out of 10 (yes, it does match the overall satisfaction score, which is a lovely coincidence). Another year in a row this score demonstrates a significant level of appreciation from employees and confirms their readiness to endorse EBS Integrator to others.
Top 5 Aspects of Working at EBS Integrator: The survey revealed that employees continue to value opportunities for professional development and personal growth, working conditions and pleasant environment, team dynamics and collaboration – which is consistent with last year’s findings. New Trends: Transparency and open communication emerged as a key theme this year, replacing last year’s mention of well-defined processes.
Based on your feedback, the most frequent suggestions for enhancing the employee experience include hosting more frequent informal events, providing additional training and development opportunities with external experts, introducing a performance and loyalty recognition program as well as redesigning office space to provide more options for resting and leisure activities.
Team Collaboration Spikes Again: We are pleased to note that the second year in a row team collaboration emerged as the highest-rated satisfaction factor, with an overwhelming majority of respondents (95%) rating it as either excellent (58%) or good (37%).
Once again, many thanks to those of you who provided feedback – it is invaluable in helping us identify areas for improvement, plan our budgets accordingly and work towards ensuring that EBS Integrator remains a great place to work for all of us.
We are hoping to see better company-wide participation next year and even greater dedication to making EBS Integrator better.
– Veronica Cravet, People Development Manager
