What I’ve learned about success…
Success can mean different things to different people, but for me, it’s about reaching a goal you’ve set for yourself within a certain timeframe. To achieve success, I believe in setting a clear goal, planning the steps needed, and staying focused. It also requires concentration on the task at hand, being adaptable when things change, managing your time well, and staying motivated throughout the process.
What I’ve Learned About Leadership
Becoming a leader requires technical skills, soft skills, and practical experience. At EBS, I had the chance to learn what it means to be a leader by working on exciting and challenging projects. This gave me valuable experience.
The skills I’ve gained over the years have helped me in many ways, such as taking part in internal presentations and teaching at the FCIM Faculty of UTM. These experiences have greatly improved my communication skills. In short, to be a good leader, you need strong technical knowledge, good communication, active listening, and strong planning and organizational skills.
What I’ve Learned About Mistakes
What is a mistake, really? It’s simply a wrong decision made in relation to a clear goal. An action may be wrong in one situation but right in another. The important thing is to learn from it and not repeat the same mistake in the future.
What I’ve Learned About Innovation:
To me, innovation means discovering better ways to solve problems and improve user experiences. Learning Flutter has been a key experience, showing me how new tools can transform development by simplifying processes and boosting efficiency. This journey has taught me that innovation is about embracing change and staying adaptable. In short, technology always offers the opportunity to keep improving and push the boundaries of what’s possible.
