We’re gladly sharing with you some key highlights from the survey:
Participation Rate: This year we achieved a participation rate of 46%, which unfortunately falls below the benchmark validity point of 70%. While we value the input received, the low engagement rate limits our ability to gain a comprehensive overview of employee sentiments company-wide.
Overall Employee Satisfaction: The overall satisfaction rating stands at an impressive 8.34, with a remarkable 79% of employees rating their satisfaction as 8 and above.
Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS): We are delighted to share that when evaluating the likelihood of recommending the company to friends an impressive 89% of employees selected “high” and above with the average score being 8.7 out of 10. This demonstrates a significant level of appreciation from you, highlighting your satisfaction with working conditions, recognition of company efforts, and readiness to endorse EBS Integrator to others.
Top 5 Aspects of Working at EBS Integrator: The survey revealed that employees highly value opportunities for professional development and personal growth, working conditions and pleasant environment, team dynamics and collaboration, well-defined processes and last but definitely not least – impactful projects.
Top 3 Suggestions for Improvement: Based on your feedback, the top suggestions for enhancing the employee experience include introducing a hybrid work option, hosting more frequent events and team-building activities as well as providing additional training and development opportunities for employees.
Team Collaboration: We are pleased to note that team collaboration emerged as the highest-rated satisfaction factor, with an overwhelming majority of respondents (84%) expressing positive views on this aspect.

We are committed to taking action based on your suggestions and fostering an even more supportive and enriching work environment.
And to reinforce our commitment to change for the better as an employer, we are pleased to announce the initiation of our new Remote Working Procedure, effective May. Upon successfully completing the probation period and maintaining consistent performance, employees will have the opportunity to work remotely for up to 2 days per week. We believe that this initiative will not only enhance your employee experience but also foster greater flexibility and work-life balance.
