New Loyalty & Recognition Benefits Coming Soon

We’re excited to announce a new Loyalty & Recognition Program, designed to celebrate employee dedication and long-term commitment to EBS Integrator.

This initiative reflects our commitment to recognizing and rewarding the value that comes with staying and growing with us. The new system highlights years of service, encourages professional development, and offers meaningful perks along the way.

In addition to our core EBS Benefits Package – including sports allowance, English class support, and an annual medical check-up, available to all employees – we’re introducing new perks designed specifically for our senior colleagues:

  • Paid Self-Development Days – Dedicated time for learning, experimenting, and growing professionally, fully on us (effective as of July 1, 2025)
  • Extra Vacation Days for Loyalty – Additional paid leave as a thank-you for your continued service (effective as of July 1, 2025)
  • Flexible Work Schedule – For colleagues at Level 5 and above, with proven and sustained high performance – a chance to shape a schedule that fits (effective as of July 1, 2025)
  • Additional Medical Check-Up – A new annual benefit for our more senior colleagues (Tech Leads and above) to support long-term well-being (planned for implementation in Q4 2025)
  • Working Infrastructure Budget – annual financial support to enhance your home or office setup with ergonomic and productivity-boosting equipment (planned for implementation in Q4 2025)

While most of these new benefits are designed to encourage level growth and continued service – and are therefore reserved for more senior employees – there’s also a great addition that all employees can enjoy:

  • Employee Purchase of Retired Company Equipment  – Once probation is successfully completed, employees can purchase retired company devices in good working condition at special rates for personal use.
